Using animation is really helpful when it comes to keeping young learners focused. with characters, backgrounds and plotlines that is interesting to the children, you can make them pay attention easily. And by watching the animation they will learn new words. You can even give them task related to the video. Down below is an example I made using the app Toontastic.
